POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of the Logistical Support position is to oversee the maintaining and managing various aspects of MAC headquarters ensuring that the facilities are safe, well-maintained, secure and that they meet the company’s needs. This position also works with all departments and personnel to support all daily operational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
: Maintaining and managing various aspects of MAC HQ facility Minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks as needed Overseeing and maintaining HQ backup generator Handling inventory and materials. Ensuring cleanliness and safety. Performing routine maintenance tasks. Overseeing winter operations at the facility Daily Shipping, packaging, and deliveries Mail retrieval and disbursement Operating tools and equipment. Managing HQ company vehicles for service and inspections Office furniture and equipment movement as needed Maintaining the MAC HQ storage facility Coordinate pest control services as required Overseeing document shredding and disposal Building security Managing building inspection logs Verification that officials have completed required safety or equipment inspections by due dates Keeping all tools and equipment in good condition and organized. Replacing and Maintaining HVAC and water system filters Meeting with all contracted vendors for all required service calls and repairs Oversight of all MAC HQ ground landscaping Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules Occasional travel for parts delivery and pickup MAC HQ wall painting and touchup as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
: Associate’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent work experience. General experience in Facility maintenance General experience with repairs and servicing facility equipment Previous shipping experience Experience in operating hand and power tools Great time management, organization and prioritization Excellent written and oral communication. Time management skills, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
