We are currently looking for a facility manager for our dental only surgery center. This role would be responsible for assuring that the daily operations of the facility comply with local, state, federal regulatory requirements and standards established by selected accrediting bodies. This role is also responsible for daily operation processes, administration and supervision of all clinical and non-clinical personnel and is accountable to the Executive Director and Governing Board for coordination of all care given and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel. Key responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the ambulatory surgery center ensure policies and procedures are being followed properly for efficient operations and compliance with surgery center regulatory requirements and AAAHC accreditation standards with support from Compliance Officer oversee all administrative functions, including finance, human resources, and facility management with support from COO manage and support clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and professional development with support from HR maintain the centers budget, ensuring financial stability and growth maintain operating room schedule that is productive and block time is fully utilized monitor and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes with quality team foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred experience in management, scheduling and billing in medical/dental office setting. Ambulatory surgery center/healthcare office experience with pediatric population highly recommended.
