Job Title:
Part-Time Small Office Coordinator
(Field Representative II – MS Onsite Technical Support)
Part-Time | 12 Hours per Week
Days:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Hours:
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Position Profile
This position is accountable for the daily operations of a small office. The role includes performing contracted office services such as landlord coordination, facilities walk-throughs, housekeeping inspections, mail and stationery management, and light troubleshooting of AV, voice, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations in a small office environment
Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure the space is well maintained
Submit and follow up on work orders for facility-related issues
Maintain inventory and order specific supplies using the customer’s procurement system
Troubleshoot onsite AV conference room equipment and escalate issues as needed
Identify issues with voice and network services and notify appropriate support teams
Operate required equipment/software effectively to meet service levels
Liaise with facility management, vendors, and office occupants as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Professional presence and customer service skills required
