Job Summary High energy, enthusiastic person to join our management team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, assisting members throughout the day and helping General Manager run the facility. The AGM will eventually be comfortable positioning all D1 products and services.

Could become full time role for the right candidate! Responsibilities Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact Nurturing leads through the sales process Scheduling members and prospects for assessments. Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client’s needs/goals. Closing sales both over the phone and in person Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly. Using CRM system to proactively reach out to members and schedule classes Represent D1 in the community to grow membership Ongoing training to “sharpen the saw” Qualifications Must be a high-energy individual. Must enjoy working in a team environment with both individual and shared goals Must have 1+ years in sales Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
