Job Description

Facilities Engineering Manager Cary, North Carolina – On-site with our client Boden is hiring on behalf of our client for an Engineering FM to oversee asset performance, compliance, and maintenance across a complex portfolio. You’ll ensure all infrastructure, systems, and assets are fully operational, aligned with statutory obligations, and support business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain asset register and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies Lead all maintenance and engineering activities to minimize disruption and maximize uptime Develop inspection and maintenance plans aligned with lifecycle priorities Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and service delivery across projects Oversee M&E operations and drive engineering standards and governance Ensure Health & Safety compliance and lead incident investigations Act as the main point of contact for the client, providing insights and strategic advice Monitor supplier performance, implement KPIs, and ensure service excellence

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent in Engineering/FM (Engineering qualification of some sort) Strong technical and project management background

IOSH/NEBOSH
