What we need An individual who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities located in Raleigh, Durham, and Wilmington to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment. This role involves managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Core Responsibilities Facility Maintenance & Repairs

  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for buildings, batch plants, yards, and support infrastructure. Coordinate repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Equipment Oversight
  • Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery, conveyors, silos, loaders, and other heavy equipment. Work with plant managers and mechanics to schedule service and downtime. Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain site safety standards; address hazards proactively. Ensure facilities meet OSHA and environmental compliance requirements. Facility Improvements
  • Identify and lead facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Record Keeping & Reporting
  • Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and equipment service records. Manage facility projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Travel & Multi-Site Support
  • Regular travel between all four locations to ensure consistent oversight and support.

Skills 3+ years of experience in facilities or construction management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. Bilingual a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong maintenance management capabilities with hands-on experience in troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge to address various facility-related issues efficiently.

$75,000.00
