Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Facilities located in Nashua, NH. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our portfolio of residential properties, managing facility maintenance and operations, and ensuring safety and efficiency. Key tasks will include supervising and training staff, budgeting, coordinating preventive maintenance, and developing and implementing facility management strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills for managing facility staff
Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques and practices
Excellentmunication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
