Our team of skilled healthcare professionals plays a crucial role in supporting our residents’ well-being and quality of life. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team and make a lasting impact. We are also seeking a RN Nursing Supervisor for 11pm to 7 am.

Position Overview:

As an LPN or RN you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your compassion, attention to detail, and clinical expertise will ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and update care plans for residents Assist with the coordination of care and communication between physicians, family members, and the interdisciplinary team Ensure proper documentation of patient care in compliance with facility protocols and regulations Provide education and support to residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness Monitor infection control practices and ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in NH Previous experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or a healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards of care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
