Position Summary
Were looking for a confident, collaborative leader to join our growing Capital Projects and Facilities team. As a Senior Manager, youll play a hands-on role in shaping the infrastructure of our FBO networkmanaging the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects across multiple sites, from initial scoping through execution.
This role requires travel to our project locations, where youll act as the central coordination point across design, construction, and operational teams. Youll also serve as an indirect advisor to our local facility managers, helping optimize space utilization and support long-term planning.

This is a remote-based opportunity. The posted salary will reflect your regional location, with a base range of $100,000 – $150,000 annually and performance-based bonus eligibility up to 20%.

Your Profile
You bring at least 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure or facilities project management, including at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams and managing construction budgets.
Youve successfully delivered capital improvement initiatives, navigated contract negotiations, and partnered across departments to align on construction goals, standards, and timelines.
You have a bachelors degree, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to synthesize facility needs into actionable, cost-effective plans.
Youre comfortable working independently, traveling frequently, and serving as a liaison between on-site teams, vendors, and executives. Experience in aviation or similarly regulated, high-touch industries is a plus.
Your Role
Lead all facets of capital project delivery for our growing U.S. footprintdefining scopes of work, securing design and construction services, and managing complex timelines and budgets.
Provide site-level support across our FBO network, championing consistency, quality, and operational readiness.
Partner with local teams to assess facilities, support ongoing maintenance strategies, and propose space planning improvements.
Help develop business cases for future growth, prepare RFP responses, and provide construction cost estimates and planning input.
Understand, interpret and review plans, schematic drawings, technical reports and construction documents to ensure compliance with specifications and other requirements
Utilize financial report to prepare, monitor and update Capital Improvement project budgets
Represent Jet Aviation with a polished, friendly, and professional presencewhether collaborating with colleagues, vendors, or external stakeholders.
