Sunday 6:00 PM-Monday 8:00 AM) We are seeking a qualified Facilities Coordinator/Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Toms River, NJ! Our clients company delivers expert national construction and maintenance services for retail, hospitality, and healthcare facilities. Services include 24/7 emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, product rollouts, and brand refresh programs.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a clear background (background check required) Must have previous experience dispatching technicians in a facilities or maintenance environment Must reside in the state of New Jersey Primary Responsibilities Coordinate service and maintenance work between site managers and vendors Document job details and photos for internal teams Onboard and manage vendors to ensure timely service delivery and SLA compliance Provide ongoing updates to clients throughout job life cycles Monitor and maintain project budgets Maintain accurate data in project management systems such as Facilities Exchange, Service Channel, fmPilot2, Verisae, Corrigo, SRMS, etc. (Experience preferred) Prioritize and manage heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment Work in an office/call center setting with strong verbal and written communication Escalate and clarify issues internally as needed Pay & Benefits $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience) Weekly Pay Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Medical / Dental / Vision Coverage Paid Time Off Qualifications Proficient in English with strong communication skills Experience in facilities management Mechanical and electrical knowledge, including high and low voltage systems Experience with industrial maintenance and schematics Familiarity with project management software and CMMS Knowledge of HVAC systems and programmable logic controllers Leadership abilities and project management experience If you’re a motivated, experienced dispatch coordinator looking to grow with a supportive and fast-paced company— apply today!
