Shift Manager-Facilities (Overnight) Position Available In Albany, New York

Your new company Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading FM Services provider in the NYC Metro area to hire a Shift (Facilities) Manager for a 3rd shift, (Overnight). Your new role The job duties of the Shift Manager (3rd) include the following:

• Oversight of MEP activities on behalf of the end client
• Equipment checks, walk-throughs, related to MEP and Preventive Maintenance activities
• Be a crucial point of contact for the client, and provide updates as needed
• Oversee a team of technical staff What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Strong understanding of MEP functions, being able to resolve issues and communicate well
• Work allocation/management experience (Union experience a strong plus, but not required
• Experience operating CMMS and BMS systems
• 3rd shift is 11AM-7AM, Saturday-Wednesday, (Off Thurs and Fri)
