Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. NYS Driver’s License required. Professional licensure in engineering (PE) or architecture (RA) preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or healthcare-specific accreditation (e.g., CHC) preferred. Experience 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Healthcare Facilities required. 10 years’ experience in Construction Project Management for Healthcare Facilities preferred.

$74,724.00 – $102,550.50 •Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
