DUTIES:
This is an administrative position responsible for planning and directing building repair and capital improvements, developing and implementing preventative maintenanceprograms for District buildings/grounds/equipment, and supervising the work of maintenance staff, custodians, cleaners and contractors. Responding to building alarms,urgent requests and anticipated needs, including office and classroom moves, furniture purchases and equipment needs requires strong interpersonal skills and need torespond to emergencies on nights and weekends. Adhere to State and Federal laws and reporting requirements in all areas including fuel tank testing and reporting, leadin water testing, fire alarm testing and building inspections.

SALARY:
Competitive, per Rush-Henrietta Administrators’ contract
QUALIFICATIONS
MUSTcurrently hold the title of Director of School Facilities II or be reachable for appointment from the current Civil Service list for Director of School Facilities II.
