Facilities Specialist Position Available In New York, New York

Our client, a modern media company located in Financial District, Manhattan is looking for a Part-Time Temp Facilities Specialist. This position will start week of June 23 rd . In office Tuesday – Thursday, 9am-5pm. Occasional Mondays/Fridays if schedule can accommodate. Temp approximately 2+ months with potential to extend/convert.

Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)Answer ticketing requestsAssist with conference room set up and breakdownHandle catering and office related tasks (occasional reception)Breakdown and set up for large eventsOrdering supplies/stockingFreight deliveries – runner to and from messenger centerWork closely with

Workplace Experience ManagerQualifications:

1+ years related experience in a corporate setting in similar roleHigh attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism

Compensation:
