Compensation:

Salary Range (Grade E/551): $90,590•$128,239

Responsibilities:

This position provides analytical and contract support services for Subways, Facilities. This position assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of the Facilities’ Division strategic vision goals, supports key initiatives and projects, and assists with formulating recommendations and business transformation strategies. Using skills and knowledge in facility design, construction or operations, solve complex problems and form innovative business and automation solutions. This position will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, project management and overseeing contract development across all the Facilities team to drive best industry standards. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Monitoring contract performance, including budget management and reporting. Planning, executing, and closing projects. Setting project goals, timelines, and budgets. Leading and managing project teams. Monitoring project progress and providing updates to stakeholders. Identifying and resolving project issues. Making critical decisions to ensure project objectives are met.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred in Business, Architecture/Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Public Policy, City or Urban Planning, Transportation, or a related field and six (6) years of full-time related experience and three (3) years of managerial/supervisory/administrative experience.

Desired Skills:

In-depth real estate/facilities expertise in property management/real estate industry Strong financial and strategic planning skills Expertise in data analysis and presentation

Selection Method:

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview. All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
