OB DESCRIPTION PART-TIME FACILITIES ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY :
Individual will be responsible for providing minor repairs and maintenance services as needed and/or assigned; assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities; performing courier runs between branch locations and storage unit. •
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Responsible for transporting tools, supplies, and equipment for the purpose of insuring availability of all materials required at all credit union branches, any off-site functions, or special event before, during, and after hours. Provides minor building repairs and maintenance at all credit union locations, as needed, and/or assigned, for the purpose of providing an effective working/learning environment, preventing damage and/or limiting liability exposure. Installs facility components and provides basic carpentry/millwork repair in all credit union locations (i.e., lighting, ceiling tiles, furniture/cabinetry) for the purpose of providing a safe and workable environment. Maintains assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability in safe operating condition. Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions. Performs all other duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective functioning of credit union facilities and equipment. •
REQUIREMENTS
High School graduate or a combination of education and experience. 3-5 years working in maintenance functions. Validate NYS driver’s license required. Availability for on-call and after-hours work required. •
