Director of Physical Facilities (#DPE0606) Position Available In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

• POSITION DUTIES:

   

• Facility Management:

  Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations and functionality of facilities, buildings, and surrounding grounds. Oversee maintenance and management of plant machinery and facilities, including coordination with outside contractors; 

• Project Oversight:

  Lead improvement projects, manage equipment installations, and implement sustainability initiatives; 

• Vendor and Budget Management:

  Manage vendor contracts, allocate resources, and develop budgets for facility operations and projects; 

• Compliance and Reporting:

  Ensure regulatory compliance, track performance metrics, and report on facility operations and initiatives; 

• Training and Safety:

  Provide staff training and implement workplace safety programs to maintain compliance and improve standards.

• REQUIREMENTS

   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 24 months of work experience in engineering project management or related.
