Facilities Assistant Float and Janitorial Team Job Overview:

TWO OPENINGS

1st Seeking a 2nd shift position 12:30pm-8:30pm Mon-Fri. But days as well as needed. For this position $21.00 hour. Full time. Some of these positions require you to travel within 1/2 radius. Drivers license is required. Paid travel and mileage. 2nd . One person locations pay $19.00 hour pending shift and various hours open.

Duties:

• Assemble of boxes, operate ride on scrubber, cleaning, scissor lift and forklift certification will be provided.
• Assist in porter duties to ensure a well-maintained environment.
• Execute tasks related to facilities maintenance to uphold high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in floor care, facilities maintenance, or custodial work is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning techniques and tasks.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and work effectively both independently and in team settings.
