You, our Facilities Coordinator, are a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Support all facility initiatives and tasks as directed by the Supervisor of Manufacturing.
- Oversee vendor relationships for maintenance contracts, service calls, and inspections—ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
- Maintain building safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local codes and certification requirements.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and preventive maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage inventory and purchasing of maintenance supplies, tools, and safety equipment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events, meetings, and workspace reconfigurations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, inspections, and facility documentation.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and tenant support for off-site property, addressing facility requirements and service coordination.
- Drive and operate company vehicle within tristate area
- Lead by example in creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and collaborative working environment. Required Experience/Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a facilities, maintenance, or operations support role, preferably in a creative, manufacturing, or production-based environment.
- Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools; ability to perform light repairs and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of OSHA safety guidelines and building code compliance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing ladders, and walking throughout the facility.
- Current / Valid PA drivers license
- Strong team building, people management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical details to nontechnical stakeholders
- Excellent physical and digital organizational skills
- High level of time management and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
