Facilities Property Manager Bob’s Discount Furniture life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, sick time, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), profit sharing, employee discount, remote work United States, Rhode Island, Providence Jun 07, 2025 This role reports to the Manager of Facilities and National Accounts and is responsible for the timely day-to-day maintenance and repairs of store locations across the West Coast (PST). The Facilities Property Manager will coordinate cost-effective solutions, oversee vendor relationships, and support strategic departmental initiatives. This role can be hybrid or remote and includes on-call nights and weekends. Preventative maintenance scheduling
Building repair and maintenance (BR&M) oversight
Invoice processing and vendor management
Liaison with Landlord property managers
Effective communication across departments and teams
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Competencies & Skills Knowledge in trades
Negotiation skills
Remote and independent work capabilities
Team collaboration experience

2-4 years of experience in construction, facilities management, project management, or trades Preferred Qualifications 2 or 4-year degree
RFMP certification (desired)
BOMA certification (desired) Physical Demands Primarily remote work
Frequent use of phone, email, and Service Channel for communication
