The Facilities Property Manager will coordinate cost-effective solutions, oversee vendor relationships, and support strategic departmental initiatives. This role can be hybrid or remote and includes on-call nights and weekends. Preventative maintenance scheduling
Building repair and maintenance (BR&M) oversight

Liaison with Landlord property managers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Competencies & Skills Knowledge in trades
Negotiation skills
Remote and independent work capabilities

2-4 years of experience in construction, facilities management, project management, or trades Preferred Qualifications 2 or 4-year degree
RFMP certification (desired)
