  • Responsible for delegating work to assigned staff and establishing workflow standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring new task assignments and the backlog of tasks to insure the timely completion.
  • Responsible for conducting periodic quality control inspections of selected work.
  • Responsible for the general maintenance necessary to keep the hospital in full compliance with applicable regulatory standards at all times.
  • Provides guidance and support to staff and ensures all work is completely efficiently and correctly.
  • Conducts timely orientation and annual performance reviews on assigned staff/ counsels and develops performance improvement plans as required.
  • Leads by example, successfully demonstrating the personal attributes defined in the YNHH core success factors.
  • Actively participates in and supports the development, mentoring and coaching of staff.
