Facility Support Specialist job duties include:

Receiving all company inbound phone calls, assisting stakeholders and routing appropriately.

Managing voice mail messages, service emails, and text messages for timely responses.

Assisting with Vendor recruiting and compliance management.

Inputting new work orders.

Monitoring document channels and escalating accordingly.

Entering data in company software programs.

Keeping the office tidy.

Collecting mail and packages.

Other duties as needed.

Desired Background:

Proven record of working as a team.

Microsoft Office Suite experience.
