Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders. Have excellent communication skills. Take initiative and ownership of delegated responsibilities. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proactively source, vet, and communicate with contractors to complete work orders. Conduct regular inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly. Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems. Precisely catalog data, notes, proposals, invoices, and documents into Protech’s software in a timely manner. On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders. Travel up to 20% as needed. Assist on other projects as needed.
