Full-time salary range $45,800-$57,200 Eligible for performance bonuses Paid holidays and PTO Training and certification reimbursement Health Insurance Dave Ramsey SmartDollar access LeapCare Coach The Facilities Coordinator will: Contribute to our team goals and vision. Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders. Have excellent communication skills. Take initiative and ownership of delegated responsibilities. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proactively source, vet, and communicate with contractors to complete work orders. Conduct regular inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly. Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems. Precisely catalog data, notes, proposals, invoices, and documents into Protech’s software in a timely manner. On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders. Travel up to 10% as needed. Assist on other projects as needed.
