As we expand into the Charleston market, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Service & Inspection Manager to help lead our new office and help establish a strong local presence. The Service & Inspection Manager is responsible for overseeing an efficient and profitable department. This position will ensure service and is inspection is at maximum production, while controlling costs, building strong customer relationships, and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with services provided. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of service and workmanship. Prepare the department’s budget and monitor financial performance against targets. Review and approve quotes, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within the department. Ensure all service and inspection activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to company safety policies, and OSHA regulations. Work cross functionally with multiple departments within the organization to include sales, operations, finance, purchasing, and design. Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports to achieve individual, departmental, and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree. Five plus years of experience in the fire protection industry with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient experience with MS Office Suite. Ability to multi-task as needed and prioritize tasks. Fireline is an equal opportunity employer.
