Job Description Summary Responsible for leading the day-to-day work in the Logistics Inventory functions. They may provide input or recommendations to supervisory personnel on hiring, performance assessment and discipline. They are responsible for execution of the day-to-day requirements of the Shipping, Receiving, Stockroom, Incoming Inspection, and Material distribution roles. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Reads work procedures and provides instruction to others as required to effectively lead area. Provides clearly defined goals and feedback to personnel. Effectively manage resources to consistently achieve productivity goals in assigned area. Effectively manage work requirements in the logistics area to achieve customer satisfaction. Collaborates with other leads and shares best-demonstrated practices. Teamwork, respects other ideas and contributions. Creates excitement and drives engagement. Ensures a smooth transition between shift via a comprehensive verbal pass down with peers. Communicates effectively and consistently utilizing both verbal and visual media to define the goals and objectives and foster a culture focused on continuous improvement. Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) Meeting by taking minutes, distributing action items, and holding period reviews with Management. Monitoring the requirements and adjusting workloads and resources appropriately to maximize efficiency and meet required productivity goals. Monitoring, reporting and investigating defects. Identify and communicate deviations to appropriate stakeholders. Work collaboratively with stakeholder on root cause analysis and resolution. Assisting in implementation of process improvements to increase quality and productivity levels. Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams. Participates in quality control inspections when required. Comply with EHS regulations and policies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/local equivalent Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or inventory experience Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed Ability to provide instructions regarding policies and procedures. Desired Characteristics Inventory Control/Cycle count experience Minimum 1 year of Group Leader experience Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization. Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments. Experience working in a compliant supply chain. Oracle order management experience. Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers. #LI-SAM1 #
