Greenville SC What You Will Be Doing As the Facilities Supervisor (Second Shift) in Greenville, SC, you will lead a team responsible for site maintenance, service ticket management, preventative maintenance, and emergency response to ensure seamless operations. Working closely with Base Ops, you will address facility needs, coordinate after-hours support, and oversee team performance, including training and work assignments. Located at Donaldson Airfield, the Greenville site spans 16 hangars and multiple support buildings, requiring a proactive leader to maintain efficiency and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee second-shift facilities personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Oversee service ticket resolution, preventative maintenance, and emergency response to maintain seamless site operations.
• Coordinate with Base Ops and other relevant personnel to handle emergency situations and ensure site safety.
• Recruit, train, and assess team performance, including handling work assignments, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure smooth operations across 16 hangars and multiple support buildings at Donaldson Airfield by proactively addressing facility needs.
• Provide thorough shift turnovers and updates to all relevant personnel to ensure operational continuity.
