This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-3:30 pm; Friday 7:00 am-1:00 pm) with the potential to become permanent. While this is not an on-call position, the candidate may be contacted occasionally for issues such as resetting the alarm system. The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing and electrical background , excellent handyman skills , and a BIG personality that connects well with both staff and patients. This is a highly valued role within a team-oriented, patient-focused environment. Requirements of the Facilities Director / Skilled Maintenance Professional

• High School diploma or GED
• Extensive experience in plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on HVAC, alarm, and fire systems
• Strong vendor coordination and facilities oversight experience
• Willingness to handle a wide range of tasks
• Ability to interact positively with patients, staff, and vendors; must be people-oriented
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Coordinate with vendors for alarm, fire suppression, janitorial, and pest control services
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including alarm resets and system issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and documented
• Build strong relationships with staff and create a positive working environment
• Lead facility readiness, compliance, and daily operations
• Step in to handle unexpected issues with professionalism and reliability
