Job Summary:

Oversee the daily operations of our storage facilities containing 700+ units. Managing all aspects of the storage facilities, ensuring efficient operations, and delivery exceptional customer service.

Hours:

Monday

• Friday 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm Every other Saturday 8:00 am
• 12:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and providing information to customers Assist customers in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees and completing lease agreements Resolve any customer issues effectively and in a timely manner Effectively utilize computer system (Property Matrix) to log all transactions and tenant data Daily collection of funds by phone and in-person then manage, verify, balance cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits Contact tenants for issues such as past due accounts, auction notification, concerns with units, etc Monitor the different facilities condition and report and/or coordinate repairs as needed Work independently and with other team members

Required Skills:

Skill in interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service Able to learn and consistently apply company policies and procedures Communicate effectively, including handling telephone calls efficiently and relaying message accurately Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills Familiarity with computer software programs

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license Successful criminal/credit background check
