This is accomplished by investigating, researching, tracking, inventorying and determining life cycle and life cycle costs. The Facilities Asset Manager will collaborate with varies campus constituents to establish and continual improvement to review, plan, catalog, and report upon campus buildings and building systems. Minimum and Additional Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred Qualifications 8 years of experience within a University Facilities setting gathering and cataloging building and their systems information. Working knowledge of the following systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Assetworks, PowerBi, and ArcGIS). Additional Comments Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations. Ability to make presentations and prepare reports. Ability to resolve problems, to interpret plans and interact with various levels of personnel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use technology, problem solve and utilize conscious decision making. Ability to use Microsoft Office products, particularly EXCEL and PowerPoint, to interpret and analyze complex financial data, records and reports; to manage multiple and complex duties concurrently; to plan, prioritize, and organize; to work independently; to use initiative; and to work well with leadership, subordinates, peers, outside departments, and other business professionals; to proficiently apply mathematical concepts; and to develop procedures and processes associated with core responsibilities.
