Nummer 11052 Join our dynamic Operations team as a Facilities Management Specialist, based in our Columbia, Maryland office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing facilities across multiple cities in North America. This is a full-time position based onsite 5 days per week in our Maryland headquarters; relocation is not offered for this position.
Your tasks
Building automation system (BAS) management (e.g., alarm causation, open ticket requests, generate applicable purchase requisitions)
Mechanical system management (e.g., preventive maintenance program, generate break/fix purchase requisitions, annual maintenance contracts)
Fire suppression system management (e.g., open ticket requests, preventive maintenance program, generate break/fix purchase requisitions, annual maintenance contracts)
Office Management support (e.g., greeting visitors, mail/phone/inbox coverage, supplies orders, events/catering, participate in feedback loop for custodial services, ensure site readiness is maintained)

Your qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (i.e., facilities management, hospitality, environmental health and safety)
2+ years’ relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel about 10% of time annually.
To be considered, candidates must be US citizen or permanent resident.
