Our office includes a full Physical Therapy and Occupational/Hand Therapy division, which work in close coordination with our physicians to provide non-operative, preoperative, post-operative and preventive care.
Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains facility logbooks and all documentation Building maintenance knowledge and skill set which may include minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting, phone system, and basic computer skills Experience and knowledge in working in a Healthcare/Surgical environment with patients, clean rooms, and sub-sterile rooms Coordinate medical equipment maintenance and repairs Responsible for the completion or coordinating all maintenance service requests as assigned Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled if needed Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Inspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations Assess the current condition of air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment Keep management informed of the condition of all equipment in the facility Maintains the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities Ensures continual evaluation of the facilities Cleans, repairs, and maintains facilities, including painting, hanging items, minor plumbing fixes, maintaining entryway and parking spots Involved in maintaining the safety of the building from fire, flood and other hazards Initiates active safety measures in the buildings Coordinates logistics, food, etc. Inventories maintenance/cleaning/patient & staff food supplies and ensure there is an adequate stock of supplies on hand Receive and distribute ordered product Install, repair and maintain all office furniture Demonstrates personal financial responsibility required Keeps upper management informed of any issues Consistently follows safety procedures and protocols when handling power equipment Participates in safe practice including all OSHA policies Communicate any encountered emergency or incident to the Physicians and CEO Ensure compliance in accordance with state and federal regulations relating to patient care, HIPPA and OSHA Work overtime and after hours when necessary Consistent regular punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school: or six months to one-year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner Ability to effectively communicate with OSSWF staff (handle concerns, complaints and issues) and vendors Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted and customer service-oriented environment
