deployment and redeployment planning to ensure the safety of the sailors and to allow them to perform their missions successfully. You will be part of a large team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams that has been recognized by the Airforce and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program. In this role, you will: Support the oversight management of the forty-three (43) 9 AF (AFCENT) facilities on Shaw AFB to include infrastructure projects such as remodeling, refurbishment, and new construction initiatives Engage with facility directorates and occupants, 20 CES, AFCENT communications personnel, 20 CS, 20 CONS, and contractors to ensure proper coordination and timely execution of construction efforts. Assist with organizing and facilitating working group functions to build and manage a consolidated Integrated Project List via Microsoft Access and other data management tools for all infrastructure work required by AFCENT at Shaw AFB. Synchronize Facility Managers’ efforts relating to technical planning, scheduling, coordination, and accomplishment of all facility sustainment, maintenance, repair, and safety programs of the AFCENT buildings at Shaw AFB. Manage an escort program for construction in restricted areas and other facilities. Assist with programming, executing, and monitoring an approved facilities budget Assist with validating and tracking all emergent infrastructure requirements from the 9 AF (AFCENT) Directors, facilities managers. Coordinate approved execution method with 20 CES, 20 CONS. 20 CS and ACOMS. Manage all space utilization requirements by forecasting 9 AF (AFCENT) space needs, designing, and planning work areas, coordinating relocations, staffing lease agreements, and writing and coordinating memorandums of agreements/understanding through

Ensure that that current and future infrastructure work complies with all applicable UFCs, DODIs and other Air Force applicable directives. Ensure all products and briefings produced in support of this contract are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives as prescribed by Air Force (AF), USCENTCOM and

directives. Serve as focal point for facility safety issues. Assist with managing facility safety programs in conjunction with

USAFCENT

Safety Manager and Facility Manager. Oversee AF specific Project Management Software documents for managing projects. Work with the 20 CES for the development of DD 1391’s, DD 1354’s, Change Orders, RFF’s, etc. Author and brief updates to 9 AF (AFCENT) Chief of Staff and Directors on future facility projects, outages, escort requirements and associated costs. Qualifications To be successful in this position you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field. Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Four (4) years of experience with DOD Facility/Infrastructure management. Two years’ experience at AF MAJCOM, NAF, or any other service combatant commands within the past five (5) years. Strong writing and briefing skills and able to effectively operate as a member of a joint discipline planning team. Must have two years’ experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last five (5) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access), and SIPR Access to include Tasker Management Tool (TMT). The ability to travel up to 10% Additional desired experience and skills: Project Management Program certificate is highly desired. Experience with AF MAJCOM, NAF, or any other service combatant command operational planning team (OPT) development is highly desired. Company Overview Serco Inc.
