Facilities Manager 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 2200 Stock Creek Blvd, Rockford, TN 37853 As our Facilities Manager you would be responsible for all RAM facilities in the area of general maintenance, repairs, and oversight of any improvements. You would also provide oversight to any general housekeeping or work to the facilities and answer directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Job Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair Perform routine and preventative maintenance task on building systems and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues Handle minor repairs and address issues in a timely manner Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when needed Inspections Conduct routine inspections of systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning Identify potential problems and address them before they become major issues Conform to Federal and State safety standards and address any safety concerns Coordination and Scheduling Coordinate maintenance schedules and track maintenance projects Assist with planning and scheduling major repairs and maintenance projects Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections Document any issues encountered and the actions taken to resolve them Other Duties Landscaping tasks, cleaning, and general upkeep of the facilities Assist with event setup and breakdown Operate and maintain facilities’ HVAC s Performing other duties as assigned and directed by your Management Team Job Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems

Repair Skills:

Ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment and systems

Problem-solving:

Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and develop solutions

Safety Knowledge:

Understanding of Federal and State safety procedures and regualations

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and contractors

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physical task, including lifting, bending, and climbing

Record Keeping:

Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Physical Requirements Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50lbs.
