Duties:
Meet with customers to gather information and establish requirements Develop Statements of Capabilities (SOCs) including cost estimates Provide project management support to test efforts to monitor cost, schedule, and quality Support Technical Review Boards (TRBs), Safety Review Boards (SRBs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and other project-related meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in relevant Engineering or Scientific field A minimum of 3 years performing DoD testing Familiarization with DoD or Air Force Test Center test & evaluation processes Experience leading technical teams Experience managing complex projects Experience with space-based systems, cryovacuum chambers, and/or ballistic ranges Experience applying technical and programmatic risk management or mitigation strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills Be organized with the ability to multi-task effectively Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Scientific field (desired) 5-10 years of DoD testing experience (desired)
Security Clearance:
Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
