The Budd Group is looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee janitorial operations, ensure client satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team in maintaining high-quality facility maintenance services. About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and develop high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
- Schedule and oversee janitorial staff, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts. Quality Control
- Conduct site evaluations, audits, and enforce work standards to maintain the highest level of service. Client & Employee Relations
- Build strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. Budget & Inventory Management
- Control costs, track job expenses, and ensure budget compliance. Training & Compliance
- Train and develop team members while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while managing special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For Experience:
2-5 years of management experience, preferably in janitorial services or facility maintenance.
Education:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
Customer-Focused:
Passion for client satisfaction and service excellence.
Technical Proficiency:
