Primary Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support dailyoperations, vendor management, and facility maintenance at ourNashville location. This ensures a high level of workplaceefficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenanceneeds. Ensure timely completion of maintenance, custodial, and life safetytasks. Monitor MDF room temperatures and AV systems in conferencerooms. Support conference room scheduling, usage, and maintenance. Respond to email requests for building maintenance promptly. Maintain lobby cleanliness and manage supply inventory. Escort and support vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced office or facilitiesrole. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence.

Preferred:

Proactive and adaptable problem-solver. Strong multitasking and resource coordination skills. Strategic thinker who anticipates future needs.

Role Details:

Full time, Contract Opportunity. (100% Onsite).

06-month contract.

Pay Rate:
