Primary Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance at our Nashville location. This ensures a high level of workplace efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance needs. Ensure timely completion of maintenance, custodial, and life safety tasks. Monitor MDF room temperatures and AV systems in conference rooms. Support conference room scheduling, usage, and maintenance. Respond to email requests for building maintenance promptly. Maintain lobby cleanliness and manage supply inventory. Escort and support vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced office or facilities role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence.

Preferred:

Proactive and adaptable problem-solver. Strong multitasking and resource coordination skills. Strategic thinker who anticipates future needs.

Role Details:

Pay Rate:
