A private storage and logistics facility in Nashville is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Manager to oversee daily operations. Clients include a range of professionals, including those in the entertainment and touring industries. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a storage facility with private rental units
- Manage tenant move-ins/outs, locker assignments, and payment coordination
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep
- Coordinate and perform light facility repairs or improvements as needed
- Schedule and oversee vendors or contractors for larger service needs
- Handle basic administrative tasks (invoicing, payment tracking, scheduling)
Qualifications:
- Facilities management, warehouse, storage, or logistics experience preferred
- Prior experience working with entertainment, touring, or creative professionals is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot facility or client issues as they arise
- Comfortable performing basic hands-on tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups)
