As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Property including, transfers and move-outs, property upkeep, including picking up trash, sweeping units, and lock checks, gate maintenance, and repair. This position involves and requires the following: 10-16 hours per month Cleaning property and units Biweekly property walk-throughs Overlock units, as needed Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects by working independently with little supervision May be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather Excellent customer service, as needed Professional business attitude We are a drug-free environment Must pass criminal and civil background check Must provide three professional references
