About the Position The Facilities and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for material logistics, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and facilities, waste disposal, and fleet maintenance. This position will report to the Director of Project Delivery and will be expected to maintain records for company vehicles, trailers, and equipment, while providing support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all projects. Responsibilities Oversee transportation and logistics of materials & equipment to/from projects Manage equipment maintenance & repair to minimize downtime and repair costs Supervise facility grounds maintenance and cleaning, including buildings, storage, fencing, and parking areas Oversee disposal of waste materials, including scrap metal, chemicals, and general waste Oversee repairs, maintenance, and registration of vehicles, trailers, and equipment Organize/store and label incoming shipments for easy identification and access, ensuring accurate records and efficient distribution to project(s) Maintain organized tools, equipment, and materials for efficient operations Manage inventory of tools & tool crib to ensure availability for the team Provide operational support to the project team, focusing on customer experience, profitability, and high-quality standards Maintain open communication with the project team to ensure resource availability and efficiency Manage procurement, material ordering, and cost control, ensuring adherence to best practices Ensure the proper organization, dates, and storage of returned materials Support the shop team in ensuring on-time, efficient production Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to ensure smooth operations and organizational efficiency Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in construction operations, facilities management, logistics, or a related field Basic understanding of construction processes, maintenance practices for facilities and equipment, and logistics operations Ability to manage inventory, tools, and equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory management systems, tracking tools, and material procurement Experience in coordinating and maintaining company fleet, including vehicles, trailers, and equipment Knowledge of budgeting and cost management for materials, equipment, and labor Familiarity with ProCore or other related project management software OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety certification or ability to obtain
