The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Handle custodial duties to ensure a tidy environment Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks If you are a proactive individual with a passion for cleanliness and maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this Janitor position.
