Full Time Property Manager for Self Storage Facility Affordable Storage Guys 325 Love Road, Sevierville, TN 37862 Affordable Storage Guys is a fast-growing self-storage company that owns and operates 41 self-storage facilities in the Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida markets and continually adds new facilities. Affordable Storage Guys is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple Sevierville locations. Our facilities boast a range of storage options, including temperature-controlled units, drive-up units, and outdoor parking. Prior experience in SELF-STORAGE or property management is advantageous. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with two mandatory 4-hour Saturday shifts per month in our Jefferson City Office. Team members have the flexibility to choose a half or full weekday off or opt for overtime, additionally mileage is covered. The Property Manager will primarily operate from our Love Road location but will be required to travel to other Sevierville sites. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, with all work-related mileage reimbursed. Preference will be given to candidates with strong community familiarity, including knowledge of local business services and school systems. We value dependability and honesty in our team members. As the Property Manager, your responsibilities will encompass daily property operations such as collections, rentals, transfers, move-outs, and maintenance tasks like trash removal, unit cleaning, and routine property inspections. Additional duties include retail sales, administrative tasks like filing and answering phones, email correspondence, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
