Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM•4 PM (40 hours/weekly)

05/27/25•08/19/25 (Possible Temp to Perm)

Overview:

Seeking a reliable Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations and maintenance in a corporate setting. This role ensures the workspace remains clean, safe, organized, and ready for employee use, while also assisting with administrative and logistical tasks for the Facilities and Property Management team. There may be opportunities to work half-days on Fridays, depending on the workload and team schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the corporate office Support setup and preparation of rooms for meetings, events, or special functions Assist the Senior Facilities Coordinator with vendor coordination and site inspections Respond to and manage service/work requests and ensure timely completion Track inventory of facility supplies and order replacements as needed Communicate with internal teams regarding facility issues or needs Conduct occasional walkthroughs or rounds of the building as assigned Provide backup support for reception or administrative tasks when needed

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in facilities coordination, office operations, or similar admin role is required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Excellent communication skills Must have a clean background #Workwolf
