The Role:
You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our students and staff.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all janitorial services, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Manage landscaping and groundskeeping to maintain an attractive and safe outdoor environment. Direct maintenance operations, addressing repairs and ensuring building systems are functioning effectively. Implement and monitor service schedules and performance metrics. Collaborate with school administration to align services with the facility’s needs. Manage budgets related to janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
What You Bring:
Proven experience managing janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services, preferably in an educational or similar setting. Strong understanding of service standards and best practices. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Budget management experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
