West Rutland School- Long-Term Substitute School Facilities Manager:
Immediate Opening. West Rutland School is hiring a Long-Term Substitute Facilities Manager. This is a full-time salaried position. Job duties entail but are not limited to the following: Management of 3.0 full time employees including scheduling and supervision, ordering custodial supplies and inventory management, minor repairs, coordinating large scale repairs and projects with outside vendors, code enforcement, physical safety, understanding of commercial heating and ventilation systems required and on call for building emergencies. This is a year-round job and starts upon hire.
