A leading manufacturer in Madison, AL is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join their 2nd shift shipping and receiving team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in a structured, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate a heavy-duty forklift to move, stack, and organize steel crates weighing up to 3,000 lbs Pair full and empty crates and prepare them for outbound shipment Assist with non-forklift duties such as prepping empty crates (no heavy lifting required) Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area Follow safety protocols and proactively assist other departments when needed Working hours:

Background working with large industrial components or steel products Proactive mindset with willingness to assist outside primary duties when needed

High School Experience:

Qualifications:

Experience operating a heavy-duty forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Ability to work mandatory OT and occasional Saturdays
