In this role, you will operate fork lifts to stage product, ensuring that products are loaded of the correct trucks and loaded in a safe, efficient, and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on being timely with getting trucks loaded and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse and delivery operations. Duties Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Ensure all packages are secured properly for transport. Work with team members to complete all loads. Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure satisfaction upon delivery. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and staging of pallets at the end of the shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Follow safety protocols while handling goods and operating equipment. Skills Experience with loading. Familiarity with moving techniques and warehouse operations is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Proficient in loading and unloading goods efficiently. Strong communication skills. A presence of mind with safety and being the best team member possible. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
