In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations while also fulfilling delivery duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving, and possess the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cranes to facilitate the movement of goods. Perform order picking and packing tasks to prepare shipments accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Fabricate packaging materials as needed for various products. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for loading and unloading goods. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving protocols. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely, including pallet jacks and cranes. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on delivery responsibilities.
