Full Job Description Salary:

$16 per hour + none

S_163740 Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is hiring Forklift Operators for our client in Montgomery, Alabama. Our client is a leading supplier in the automotive parts industry, and these positions are contract to career roles!

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading: Accurately load and unload products onto and off of trailers, conveyer belts, and into storage bays.

Moving materials:

Use pallets and crates to move materials around the facility.

Storing:

Select storage locations for items and stack loads in the correct bays.

Packing:

Pack and unpack materials, and label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintaining:

Maintain equipment, keep the work area clean, and reconfigure racking when needed.

Documenting:

Complete forms, check trucking manifests and bills of lading, and document the arrival, departure, and movement of goods.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Ability to operate a forklift. 1 year of forklift verifiable driving experience.
